" Finding a lodging or an accomodation
appropriate to the citizen purse is a
dilemma in a lot of cities around the
world. The cause : the prices of housing
have skyrocketed. Between 1996 and 2009,
the prices stayed stable in Holland,
England, Ireland, in Singapor, and USA
whereas in Germany and Japan where the
prices decreased. Nonetheless this rise of
prices of accomodation (that regards
France, Belgium, Sweden, Spain and New
Zeland) has also touched african lands an
asian ones (South Africa and Hong Kong).
The main responsible : The town
planning
" The cities centers are becoming the most
dense populated areas because of the town
planning. This trouble is due to the
production of goods, medical care and to
the services available in the
megalpolis.Nevertheless living in cities
centers does not seems to be the best
solution for the population. Namely,
unsalubrious, pollution, overpopulation
and the reducing of the property parc are
the aily conditions of housing for the
population.This is the same thing in the
suburbs where the town planning has
increased the criminality, and the prices
of accomodation.
It has also favoured the prostitution and
the drugs. Before, a fkat or a studio flat
located in the city center was reserved to
the Haves, it is nowadays impossible to
find an accomodation in the big capitals
whithout breaking the money-box.This
recurrent problem for the population has
drived some countries to make equal the
housing prices and the average wage per
household.( In Australia, USA, and in
England) This policy acted like a
boomerang in thes countries because the
prices oh housing stayed stable these 3
last years. In this fool market the
expatriates seem to be the turkey of the
joke.
In order to have a flat or a studio at
their disposal they are obliged to spend
the double of the initial price or to opt
for the luxury of a hostel. To face this
inconvenience an another alternative is up
to them : the life in the campain or the
corent. Even if the campains are far away
from the cities center , campains offer to
the population better conditions of
hygiene, security and wellbeing. The
housing prices are cheaper. Pollution
risks are almost unexistant. So whereas
houses and buildings were growing like
mushrooms, thousand of people woke up
everyday in campains where housing prices
challenged every competition.

people.

alternative to absorb the housing price.
This choice to live in common can be the
solution to stay under the sifted lights
and be in tune with big towns.
Eventhoughthis solution is likely chosen
by the expatriates , it stays often a
second choice solution.

rural people felt back on capitals looking
after better days. Those changements
create currently problemsof housing and
lodging that leads to a fast urbain
growth. Because of the nomadism flow, the
african cities went big surprisingly. the
suburbs that were early dormitory areas
are replaced by buildings and luxury ones.

occasion is exploited by the estate
agencies which pay off their spending on
the rent costs.

problem have pushed several household to
move. Those houses suit in general to

water problems in some areas and so on

cities it is impossible to find a free

100). Thats is an utopia for those
countries which welcome millions of
tourists every year. These latest in
majority French prefer most of the time
stay in host families. It enables them to
save money and to feel well surrounded and
protected. At the current time, holding a
flat abroad is like a miracle as the
housing prices inflation is never stable.
Added to that , the town-planning of the
cities that push property developer to
play with figures each end of the month.
The solution which imposes itself is for
the expatriates to live in campains or to
privilegiate corent. That seems not to do
