provide any

(planning,
feasibility,
preliminary and
final design
studies, works

Project:
Technical
assistance to
the Executive
Privatisation
Commission of
Jordan.
Purpose of
the project:
To increase the
level of
private
investment in
national
infrastructure
at the
government and
municipal
levels in the
framework of
PPPs.
Tasks of the
Financial
Expert:
1.
Assistance in
the creation of
a financial
entity (PPP
fund) with the
aim of
providing
market rate
long-term
debt,
guarantees
and/or equity
investments for
approved PPP
projects.
2. Development
of financial
models for
identified
projects in the
pipeline.
3. Assistance
to the EPC in
all financial
matters
pertaining to
the PPP
programme or
specific PPP
transactions.
Duration: 36
months (full
time).
Profil du
candidat
Qualifications
and skills:
Advanced
university
degree in
Finance or
Business
Administration,
Economics, or
any other
relevant
profile.
Ability
to plan, direct
or manage and
take
initiatives
independently.
Mature
level of
sensitivity and
diplomacy in
dealing with
stakeholders.
Excellent
communication
skills, both in
written and
spoken English.
Knowledge of
Arabic, if
possible.
General
professional
experience:
At least
10 years
experience in
project finance
and/or
corporate
banking and/or
mergers &
acquisitions.
At least
3 years
international
experience of
technical
assistance
programmes in
developing
countries.
Previous
experience in
financial
modelling,
infrastructure
finance and PPP
in
infrastructure
is
preferable.
Professional
experience in
the Middle East
would be an
advantage.
