Project
Development and
Financial
Expert - ENPI
South Zone
countries.
Project:
-Euromed
Transport
Project.
Support in the
implementation
of the Regional
Transport
Action Plan
(RTAP).
Profil du
candidat
Qualifications
and skills:
-
University
Degree or
equivalent in
Transport
Economics/Transport
Policy/Transport
Engineering,
- Fluent in
English and
French.
General
professional
experience:
- At least 15
years of
post-university
experience with
a minimum of 10
years
experience in
international
(including
European)
transport
economics and
infrastructure
projects.
Specific
professional
experience:
- At least
5 years
experience in
transport and
infrastructure
project
identification
or technical,
economic and
financial
appraisal,
- At least 5
years
experience
working on
transport
tariffs,fees
and financing
issues,project
financing
methods and/or
funding
procedures of
the EC and
IFIs.
Additional
assets:
-
Demonstrated
ability in
preparing all
project stages
from the
identification
and definition
of the project
through to
project
concept,
design and
appraisal
leading to
"bankable
projects",
- Experience of
regional
cooperation in
the ENPI South
region
countries.
