Representative
is to provide
first class Pre
& Post
Sales support
to
customers”
- One of the
main
responsibilities
of the
Photography Pro
Support
Representative
Is to provide
first class
support within
a call center
environment to
customers,
primarily via
telephone but
also using Web
and Email
services
- Achieve and
maintain
service level
statistics on
an individual
and team
level
- Effective use
of the systems
and tools
available to
the Support
Centre
- Track &
document
customer &
problem
information in
the client call
logging
system
- Contribute to
overall team
performance,
including
support and
assistance of
other team
members
- Dealing with
escalations
- Achieve
company
standard
quality scores
and strive to
exceed
these
Profil du
candidat
• Good
knowledge and
understanding
of photography
is
essential
• Good
knowledge of
Computer
Operating
systems
•
Excellent
Customer
service skills,
a minimum of 1
year customer
service
experience,
preferably in a
call center
environment
• Must be
able to work in
a high volume,
fast paced,
goal-oriented
environment
• Must
have strong
initiative, be
positive and a
quick
learner
• Be able
to adapt to
change
• Ability
to work
independently
and in a team
environment
when
necessary
•
Attention to
detail
•
Excellent
communication
skills to
include verbal,
written and
listening
• Ability
and willingness
to solve

support
