candidat
Qualifications
and skills
· Advanced
university
degree (min. 4
years) in Civil
Engineering or
equivalent.
General
professional
experience·
Experience in
road
engineering
with preferably
10 years (but
at least 5
years)
of experience
in design and
supervision of
main and feeder
roads (paved
and unpaved)
and similar
structures.
Specific
professional
experience
· At
least 4 years
of experience
in developing
countries
·
Experience in
EU-funded
projects
(Budget/EDF)
· Good
interpersonal
skills
·
Proficiency in
English,
written and
oral
· Computer
literate
·
Experience in
the Caribbean
considered an
asset
· Working
knowledge of
Spanish
considered an
asset.
