project
Accessibility
to subsidised
essential
medicines of
good quality
and at a low
price in 27
health
zones
(including
training and
supervision of
health workers)

existing health
systems –
supporting
about 400
health centres
and
hospitals.
Supervision of
free healthcare
for displaced
peoples in 6
health
zones.
Responsibilities
To give
support to the
DRC project in
the areas of
personnel
recruitment,
staff policy
development,
co-ordination
of staff
training and
care for
general staff
well being.
The
organisation
and management
of the
administrative
processes
required to
ensure the DR
Congo programme
functions
effectively and
with
integrity.
