December 2008
(2,5months) in an
apartment for 2 persons.
Nice kitchen, bathroom,
little living room,
toilet and terrace to
share with one Dutch
speaking girl-student
(speaks also well
English and fr) and a
cat. Rooms is very nice
with parquet and so on,
+- 20m2. Apartment is
calm (at the back of the
building/house) and
ideally situated for
young people who don\'t
know the city yet
(stagiare, erasmus,
etc): close to the
Centre,
Gare/marché du
Midi, Marolles &
Sint-Gilles. Transport:
train/tgv/thalys, metro
2 and trams
(81,4,55,23...). I\'m
leaving Brussels for the
time because of my final
paper. The rent is
350eur but if you are
willing to look after my
cat (Nisha - Nishoe, I
pay for her food etc.)
we can discuss the price
of the rent (310eur for

Chambre bien
équipé
(parquet, +- 20m2...) a
louer pour 2,5mois. La
superbe belle cuisine,
petite salon, sdb, wc et
terrasse sont a partager
avec 1 fille
néerlandophone
(qui parle
français aussi,
étudiante a la
VUB) et mon chat (Nisha
- Nishoe). L\'appart est
bien situer pour pouvoir
découvrir la
ville (comme stagiaire
ou chercheur/se d\'une
chambre a plus long
durée):
près du
centre-ville,
gare/marché du
midi, Marolles,
Saint-Gilles, transport
en commun: train, tram
(81,23,4,55...
arrêt Lemonnier)
et métro 2
(arrêt midi).
L\'appart est calme, car
elle se situe
derrière une
grande maison. Le loyer
avec charges comprises
est 350eur mais si vous
vous occupez de mon chat
(je paie la nourriture
etc.) on peut discuter
du prix (310eur p.ex.).
